      Freedom to do your job in the way you see fit, as long as you deliver results.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership and constant changes without warning. High personnel turnover and a false image of being tolerant to differing opinions. Somwhat low on gender diversity. Low bonding between departments drives unnecessary conflicts.

      Competitive salary compared to the market

      Cons

      Leadership is not consistent, a lot of employee churn, incredible commitment expected without the same return. Very common to get fired without notice or a chance to say goodbye. An unstable environment that leads to burnout more often than not.
