      Pros

      Beautiful jewelry. Owners and some upper managment are extremely understanding and caring if you are going through personal problems. Great place to express your inner creative side.

      Cons

      PR at the time was beyond awful! Quite embarssing, actually. Wasn't the right image for company, which clearly affected the sales. There are a few roaches that don't add anything to the company and get credit they don't deserve. A lot of backstapping! Although the owners are extremely supportive, they listen to the wrong people. No growth opportunity

      Decent discount, friendly atmosphere, summer Fridays, they did try and make employees happy when they could.

      Cons

      Financially unstable, very top heavy in terms of executives, not communicating with employees.

      Pros

      Steady 9:00-6:00 hours daily. Easy to find a work / life balance.

      Cons

      Upper management had zero respect for us "common folk." Seems if you worked in a cubicle, you weren't worthy of being treated like an actual person. Made to work on personal projects for the CEO and their family during work time.
