      Team Work, I was with Jonas Construction Solutions recently where in 2017 we exceeded sales targets over 1.4 Million Dollars under Sam Mendelson VP of Jonas. It was structured with two of us in Business development working leads and then setting up Demonstration times with Sales Department Managers. In 2017 we were able to bring on over 115 New Clients.

      Cons

      Recognized for work achieved, Provided leads were not as promised Prime example the last day of work provided leads from French Quebec only and we did not support a French Version of software. Give me right Tools and Leads I can Excel give me no support and we all fail.

      Good location and great colleagues

      Cons

      Ended up being given tasks and projects that no one else could do, that I was not qualified or experienced in, and ended up getting a poor appraisal because I couldn't do the job. I am not a systems analyst but that's what I had to do with no help or support.
