      Pros

      Hybrid and remote jobs available although could be more remote jobs.

      Cons

      Do not work here. They take advantage of their long time employees and only care about young employees. Low pay for older employees that do less. Favoritism should be listed as one of their "values". One of their main focuses is "growing their own" but only if you are a young person. They preach DE&I but don't practice it.
