Good place if you have no experience
Mar. 7, 2023 - Software DeveloperRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great place if you are just starting out in software, you'll have the experience of working with US clients and get used to the way they work, and you'll learn depending on the client you get assigned
Cons
No real perks, just a dumb app for doing yoga and stuff but no dental, vision or insurance plans, low salaries if you are mid-level or senior, they won't pay you if you are on the bench (basically you'll become a freelancer), no career path. If you have already experience in software look somewhere else

Good company, until you need redeployment
Mar. 10, 2023 - Senior Software EngineerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Good clients. - Pays on time. - Remote work. - You can focus on your client, and doesn't need to interact a lot with jobsity.
Cons
- Bad management. - Lack of communication. - Doesn't really seems to give support for redeployment after contract with client ends. - No salary review policy

It was going good until I finished my project
Feb. 16, 2023 - Software Engineer in Bogota, CundinamarcaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Market salary Friendly assistance Good projects and clients
Cons
You never have salary reviews. No culture: They assign you to a client and you never hear back from them I was surprised that after 3 years working with them and my project finished, I did not get any paid bench period.. AFTER 3 YEARS!!. They just told me that I was going to some talent pool without any income and just two weeks before finishing the project which did not gave me some time to look for another work. I considered a good company but I saw they just care about money. I was expecting to have at least ome "grace paid period" after working 3 years with them

Pros
- USD salary for LATAM workers - Work from home - Good work life balance, low stress environment (might depend on which client you're working on) - Opportunity to work with big companies based in the US/Canada
Cons
- No career growth perspective - They only offer salary increase when you have an offer from other company - After you're working with a client you don't really feel like you're part of the Jobsity team (lack of a company culture as your day to day is mostly with the client company) - They salary is below what is paid for workers in the US, so you need to really negotiate during the offer phase of the interview process - When you're working with the client sometimes it doesn't feel like you're a real employee of them like the other regular employees, which might be demotivating. For example, Jobsity contractors are not invited to some meetings or company wide events . - No benefits other than the USD salary
