Great work environment. Management is smart. Seems like I can learn a lot from the program.

Recruitment is boring and dull.... but they made it interesting because of their tech twist. A lot of what we do is compete for business with large recruitment firms but having working at a recruitment firm before, the difference has been that you don't feel like a headhunter cold calling all day.
