Great opportunity to work on real-world computer vision and AI applications in manufacturing. As a part-time Computer Vision Engineer, I gained hands-on experience with defect detection, model training, data preprocessing, and production workflow improvement. The team is supportive, flexible, and open to new ideas. I also appreciated the chance to connect technical AI work with practical industrial problems.
Cons
Because the company is still growing, some project requirements and priorities can change quickly. Documentation and internal processes could be more standardized, especially for data management, model evaluation, and deployment workflow. Communication across technical and business sides could also be improved as projects scale.
