Pros

*Free on-shift drink/discount on food/drink, free pack of coffee pods each pay cycle. * Decent tips at busy locations in Carmel.

Cons

* Management is incredibly unprofessional and constantly revolving. Don't get used to ANYONE, especially coworkers. The turnover rate is crazy. * Coffee is alright... the syrups/sauces do the heavy lifting for pretty boring cold brew. It's definitely 'amazingly smooth', but lacking any profile. It gets about as complex as "dark roast tastes roasty and light roast tastes watery". * Training. It sucks. Don't need to go in detail beyond recipes/measurements constantly change and employees are consistently behind. When tested, most baristas (even veterans, which have been there no more than a year or so) fail measurements and basic recipes because nothing has been consistent. * Nepotism.
