Pros
Big boss is not just a boss. but also a great teacher. He will teach you A LOT on the law and skills. He will not hold your hands, but will show you the path. Mental has to be STRONG. Here you will get great support from the colleagues. My advice is you STAY until you complete pupillage no matter how many times you cry.
Cons
High pressure. but everywhere you go also got pressure. if cannot handle pressure don't choose litigation.

Pros
The boss is very intelligent and have a lot of connection. You will make mistakes and get scolded harshly but you will learn a lot. You wont be having any issues on must stay back or must work on weekend but you will face bigger issues here. My advice: stay for 1 year for experience and exposure, then leave.
Cons
No support from the staff (staff is new to legal firm), miscommunication is very common, last minute and urgent instructions, too many unnecessary staff meetings, zero benefits, salary is much much lower from market value, get belittled everyday, always in the wrong, this firm will eat you mentally.
