      Pros

      Getting to test new gear and be a part of running specialty.

      Cons

      The people with the most knowledge are not being promoted. "New blood" is coming in as management, though they don't know anything about management or running specialty. Corporate doesn't care about its employees and only cares about its bottom line.

      Pros

      I worked at the store in Boulder. The atmosphere is generally what one would expect from a running store located within a running mecca.

      Cons

      JackRabbit seems to be leveraging debt which makes it impossible to find some shoes at certain points in the season.
