Working out in the shop or outside can be miserable during the summer, even if you're used to heat.

Flexible hours(somewhat), can find ways to get good experience, okay discounts and seed products

They expect you to go above and beyond while paying below market value for your role. They do a great job of having you do a role without actually giving you the title. Senior management at times is out of touch with their consumers.
