      New Regime is Ruining Irwin's Culture

      Pros

      They will pay the "in crowd" a good wage, but will look past others if they don't sing the same tune.

      Cons

      New leadership has an agenda to benefit themselves and are hurting the Irwin reputation. Many good workers are getting looked past, pushed out or let go if they don't see eye to eye with new direction.

      Pros

      A company that knows what they are focused on and what they are going after. Always thinks of their employees. Culture and people are great!

      The office is getting full. New design to space is needed, but stilla nice place to work onsite
