I worked at Ipro Tech full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work environment was nice and so are employees .

    Cons

There is no focus towards employee growth. No annual reviews or pay increases. The company has changed a lot and is not this “fun” company they pretend to be. Management is not true to their word and they have zero work life balance.

I worked at Ipro Tech full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Nice office with free fruit.

    Cons

Buggy software, non existent training, no teamwork, lack of process that is constantly changing every week. People are promoted to supervisor who have no idea how to supervise. Offshore teams seem to be undermining any good work that is done by onshore.... There is little room for advancement and no raises or bonus plan in place. Salaries are not in line with market in many cases....

I worked at Ipro Tech full-time

    Pros

Pay is competitive Location is central to the Phoenix Valley Fun and modern office space Great employees Great Benefits

    Cons

The CEO literally runs the business like its his family. He is the "Dad" and verbally abuses the employees like they are his children. He has a "god complex" and seriously thinks he should be treated like a celebrity. Upper management also treat employees like they are expendable and will not invest time in your growth & learning. There is a HUGE revolving door at Ipro Tech. When I started the company had about 180 employees and I saw at least 100 new hires in a span of a year. That is like replacing almost every employee.

I worked at Ipro Tech full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great Location, nice office(if you like having one restroom for 150 people, except for the restroom up front for executives and customers)

    Cons

They fired the staff and hired the current development VP's friends from one of his failed companies. The people that remain from the original company are the people too afraid to leave, even though they could get better jobs in a day or two or they were offered enormous compensation to stay. The software is buggy and outclassed by the competition(kCura), the developers have to do support work at night and weekends just to keep the customers from leaving. Ipro will never catch up, but the current management doesn't know it because they aren't from the industry.

I have been working at Ipro Tech full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Interesting industry, some fun people, and nice office space. Company has potential to do well. If you know what you're getting into, it's a good place to learn about the industry. Some improvements are beginning to take shape in engineering.

    Cons

Technology and process improvement gains could be wiped out by lack of trust, buy-in, and teamwork. Some unprofessional backstabbing and mocking by new people are not helping. Doesn't have to be that way at all. That said, you could do a lot worse than Ipro as an employer.

I have been working at Ipro Tech full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - This is a growing company that has plenty of availability for personal growth - The environment is amazing and co-workers are wonderful to be around - There is an open door policy with management

    Cons

    - The spaghetti code makes it difficult to update outdated features - The software is used by a niche industry (non-reusable knowledge) - Not enough quality human resources
