Pros

Other techs and registrars are great. The atmosphere they strive for is great. Pts really like it.

Cons

If you are an entry level x-ray tech and looking to grow in this field this company is not good for you. I waisted a year and half waiting on promises for training with no follow through. Most techs and other staff are friendly, however, there are a few sites that have cliques. Few staff member are hostile. Not allowed to bring problems forward. Management is horrible. Has been going down fast during the 2 years I was with the company. No leadership. Managers are not trained or experienced in how to develop staff. Senior management is worse. Harassment from senior management.

They don't care

Pros

My coworkers are great. They work hard but what we do isn't recognized.

Cons

This place does not care about anything but making money. The turn over here is ridiculous. I have yet to have a boss last more that 2 years in their position. My last boss started in July of last year and all of the sudden left despite the positive changes that had been in the company. The new COO preaches about employee satisfaction but doesn't live it himself. He is ruthless and doesn't care about anything other than making money. He fires his managers when they are doing a good job. ISJ used to thrive on employee satisfaction because employee satisfaction is what "makes our customers happy" Now days it's all about the dollar. He says we can call him anytime but when we do he is short answered and it's obvious he has no concern with how we feel about the future of our company. He is very anti social and its very well know through the company that he doesn't care about us. The HR department sent and email to the managers, which was sent to the employees in May asking the employees to give a positive review. In my opinion, if they HAVE to do that, its because something is wrong. There are several positive reviews on this site that are only there because HR asked for people to say it. Word to the wise, don't work for a 'for profit' organization. They don't care about you.

None. Seems like management is bored and likes to watch your ever move.

Cons

New management is extremely micromanaging. You will have timed bath room breaks and harassing emails asking why you’ve been away from Your desk.
