Good company to work with if you don't have high career aspirations. The pay is good!

Flexible working hours. Ability to work from home. Very supportive management. The company is very supportive of your academic goals. They partially sponsor as well.

Cons

Lack of proper project management makes this job harder than it should be. Lack of career planning, I haven't had a single discussion with my manager about what I want to do next.
