      Pros

      Wonderful people to work for, usually fair and treated employees like people and not just a number or a profit. Should have stayed the course.

      Cons

      Sold out too soon to Xerox. Management needed more guidance and more open communication with it's employees.

      Small company, wonderful people, interesting work, intellectual challenge.

      Cons

      Virtual workforce is wonderful but it would be nice to meet at least ones group somewhere annually.
