You can work from home when needed.
Cons
They do not pay well on the office side. When an employee has done an excellent job the company does not give very good increases ($0.13 is not a very good increase for being with a company for over a year. You do not get credit for your contributions to the company. Other employees take credit for what contributions you have made.
