      There are thousands of policies, wait............... none of them for employees but to criticize them.

      Cons

      Its better not to talk on this, because nothing will change till when top management keep faith on the middle managements lie and frauds. I personally trying for a better opportunity, where at-least I can work peacefully, nor able to handle too much ugly HR politics.

      Pros

      Piratically nothing, only getting our salary on time, we have made a plan to submit bulk resignation, just re-thinking the decision, and hope MDOL will do some corrective measurement.

      Cons

      .General Administration and HR team mentally embarrassing us. .No employee benefit. .Rude HR staffs, they are there to misguide the management, to keep their lie going on. .Middle management involves in big scams, alas we are not in a state to explain it to senior management, as they are out of our reach.

      No financial appreciation of our work Lesser employee benefit Horrible HR and their Policy, that makes us frustrate Second top managements are always imply bad politics Those persons are gets appricated, who can tell lie to top management and intentionally critise otheres to make them good in managements eye, and thats too encouraged by management.
