It's easy to be hired here. Even students without any experience can work here. If you wanna start your IT-carriera you can join this company because they hire everyone
Cons
The lowest salaries on the market, no bonuses. The practice of micromanagement. Don't be surprised if your manager will always look into your monitor. You must have here overtimes, always. My manager said if you wanna have a pay raise you have to work 10-12 hours per day. Technologies are old, managers don't know any development methodologies. Most developers are juniors.
