Pros

My co-workers and the benefits, but that's about it.

Cons

Don't even know where to start. This company only cares about money, not helping others. Was there for over a year and received a 13 cent raise because I wasn't collecting enough money from the clients. I was literally told that they had no complaints in regards to my work, but, I just wasn't collecting enough money for supervision fees. Didn't realize it was a sales position. They actually give you paid time off if you collect the most money in supervision fees in a week. That is the only incentive they provide, which goes to show that this company's goal is MONEY. Management almost always refuses to talk to clients when they want to go above the Case Manager about an issue. At least that's how Cheryl was in Boulder. Management does not care about their employees, which is why they have such a high turnover rate. Not to mention, you make $12.50/hour, unless you are a male or speak spanish. I spoke to several males that were getting paid $13-13.50/hour and did not ask for the increase in pay when accepting the job. They were just given it. I, on the other hand, have a Master's degree and was told that they do not take degrees into consideration when dealing with salary. Clients are difficult and treat Intervention as a joke since it is private. I did like my co-workers, but no one was happy working there, so it was still an unhappy environment. I knew a few co-workers that quit while I was there without a backup job because they couldn't take it anymore. Some of the employees LOVED to see clients get arrested, which is disgusting. If you love stress and horrible management, this place is for you!
