      - Small firm with great people - Everyone is willing to help you, very friendly and outgoing staff - Variety within different types of project you get to work in - Opportunity to grow within the firm

      Pros

      Good team of people. Senior expertise in audit, assurance, governance and project management. Nice office, well managed operation with a commitment to doing the right thing for employees and a nice level of community engagement.

      Cons

      Primarily Canadian government work so a lot of it was repetitive. Surprising amount of intense internal competition for the size of the company. Limited opportunity for promotion and really no opportunity to advance to senior management - the owners were the senior management. Training could be improved and tended towards technology training.
