      Cons

      Endless list of cons. There are great people around in different departments, but impossible to work together in an orchestrated way. Nobody from the top management care about that synchronization, neither taking leadership nor allowing others to lead when they try to help. Even when there are the proper tools. Opaque roadmap with political speech but no changes from years. Full of "Gartner" words but with no solid base. Amazing customers but with ad-hoc procedures unable to scale properly. Overmarketing in an ancient company in an amazing sector. If you work for money and that is all, could be valid. If you work also to be engaged, motivated, to be able to grow together, to learn and evolve, try any other place.

      Pros

      Company with a great potential. Amazing people, with personalities and real skills. I do recommend IC for Jr profiles as it is a great school where They will learn a lot.

      Cons

      Shame is that InterCloud is not able to keep these talents onboard. In fact, the environment and culture is toxic against creativity, innovation and proactivity. The important people rollout confirms it and prevents the company from finding its balance. People are seen as doers and not placed in the centre of the organisation, where they could bring the most value. The politics, the inability to take decisions and perform short tests cycles make Intercloud a startup with a lot of inertia. Leading to stagnation and scaling problems where the company faces difficulties to answer customers needs. Agility, cultural changes, short cycles methods, decision making… are many work fields were new joiners can bring a lot of value. This environment might not fit to more Sr profiles.
