Pros

Cannot think of one pro other than the people outside of the C suite that you get to work with. But they are all leaving any way so....

Cons

Where to begin: - Don't come here as a seller, you won't hit quota and will be underpaid. They show you a high OTE before you start to bait you in, then you only earn about 50% of your commission because the quotas are so misaligned. - Not really sure what the C Suite is doing at this point. A product they have heavily invested in does not work and only creates more chaos for customers. Recently the CEO's friend who has never done sales before was hired as an enterprise seller, not really sure what is going on there. - Management doesn't care, half the time they are on their phones during an org meeting or QBRs (true story) - Products don't work. They don't even use their products in their day to day operations

Pros

There are some talented individuals across the team, and you can learn quickly due to the fast-paced nature of the environment.

Cons

This was the most stressful experience I’ve had in my entire career. The company goes through constant changes and layoffs every couple of months, which creates a sense of ongoing instability and uncertainty. Employees are expected to be working nonstop, essentially on call at all hours, every day. “Unlimited PTO” is meaningless in practice, as you end up working during your time off anyway. Decisions are frequently made without proper data, research, or input from the people actually doing the work. This leads to inefficiencies, frustration, and a lack of direction. There is little to no regard for employee well-being, and the environment can feel hostile at times. Expectations are extremely high and often unrealistic given the resources and support provided. The pace is not sustainable, and the compensation does not come close to justifying the level of pressure. Overall, there is a lack of structure, strategy, and respect for employees’ time and contributions.
