Flexible timing 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (You need to login 40 hr. in a week), no work pressure, sometimes no work, friendly environment, good payouts in comparison to other companies of same level (+5% or more)
Cons
Lot of politics, working on old technologies, nothing new to learn, no corporate culture, no healthy work environment, appraisals are made on the basis of company's dependency on a person (one may get 200% another may get 10% only), policies can be changed at any time, one may be asked to leave without any reason, no proper arrangements for basic needs like water, refreshments etc. No kind of medical security is provided. If you meet with an accident during company work hours.... then they will not provide you any hospitalization/medical leave, they will deduct your salary for the days you were admitted to the hospital. They will not consider your medical certificates.
