Pros
I've only been on the team (officially) for about a month, but I've been working with the team for about seven months when I was a part of an agency they had hired. We clicked from the start and it was the right move for both of us for me to join them full-time. Their culture fits perfectly with my ideal company to work for, and the fact that their operational system is EOS just puts it over the top since that's the structure I thrive in. The team itself is incredible to work with... everyone is organized, they understand the vision, they're responsive, and it's fun! I'd heartily recommend this company as it's one of the healthiest workplaces to be in—from team members to client/partner relations. Go team!
