Pros

Working from home is about the only pro. There are some very good team leads, but they are still bound by the fear mongering and militant styling of management

Cons

Low pay for high demand, low appreciation, poor attendance standards, poor quality measures, unrealistic expectations, poor communication that is not timely

Pros

There’s a group for nurses who come together to support and uplift each other.

Cons

I’m exhausted, I’ve worked far too long without raises, without rewards, without even the slightest appreciation! Management makes empty promises with no intention of honoring them, only to keep people hoping and working until every ounce of energy is gone! You’ll be drained, completely broken down, and still get absolutely nothing in return!

Pros

Employees are able to work remotely, but with how demanding the work can be, it doesn't really help much in mitigating stress.

Cons

Salaries are too low and don't reflect how heavy employees' workloads are at all. Schedules are messy, communication is terrible, management lacks empathy, support is lackluster, leadership lacks accountability, etc. It shouldn't be a surprise that turnover at IntellaTriage is high.
