Pros
It's a very laid back and great team to work with. It's one of the best groups to work with and some of the brightest people. The projects being worked on are state of the art and cutting edge.
Cons
As an engineer it's extremely difficult to excel. The authoritarian management practices makes it almost impossible to have any input for anything. It also makes it very difficult to manage any project smoothly and have a clear goal. It's produced some of the highest turnover rates I've ever seen because of these management practices.
