      Very caring of its staff. Senior management always wants to listen and adapt. Uses their guiding principles as a guide for employee success.

      Cons

      Starting pay may not be the highest. Increases are based on hitting goals and initiative.

      Worked for ISSI for many years. CEO and his team are great people and listen to everything. I've seen them change a plan based on employee feedback to make employees happy.

      Cons

      Sometimes takes a while for a decision to be made.
