You will understand why i added this to Cons: I've worked for Integrated Medical Partners for many years and have seen significant positive changes over the past few years. Unfortunately, with change comes resistance. Many people who have worked for this company and who have posted ill reviews on here, did not see the bigger picture on where the company was/is and has gone. Instead of being a contributor to the process, many became contaminators. Draining the swamp so-to-speak needed to be done. Old habits are hard to die and some could not let old processes or lack thereof go. Whether you are a manager, an owner, in-house staff member or external staff member it’s important that you bring solutions to the table, instead of complaining. Thinkers, many of these folks who posted ill reviews on here are not and never were and for the most part - I myself would have never hired. I love it how many of these folks (oh and I know who many of you are :)) sat in your homes pretending like you were online working when we all know you weren’t. I am not saying you were 100% of the problems we had but you DEFINITELY played a major role in any shortcomings within the company and your own unhappiness. Again, things have changed here over the past few years and I couldn’t be more proud to work here. So the next time one of you decide to troll on this website and post outlandish reviews, like I have read, stop and ask yourself - "what did I do to make this company better?" Perform or Perish!!! Integrated Medical Partners is a great place to work and I encourage others to join as we grow!
