Great work enviornment. Very accepting of work-life balance. Extremely knowledgable in the human resources industry. Enjoyed the owner and other co-workers willingness to train other employees.
Integrated Human Resources was in an excellent company to work for. It provided a very positive and fun team building environment between employees. The company owner was very understanding of having a good worklife balance. She is very knowledgeable of the human resources industry and provided excellent client service while simultaneously educating her employees to help them grow their careers in the human resource field.
Cons
I don't have any cons about working there. I will say it is a very fast-paced in environment so employees should prepare to work hard but it is worth it.
