      A total joke of a company...

      Pros

      Honestly nothing. Benefits package and 401k but that's pretty standard. I was looking for a company that I wanted to work for. I took a pretty significant pay cut to work here because I wanted to get out of what I was doing. Complete waste of my time.

      Cons

      Everything. Expectations are very high with zero training. They want you to travel away from your family for 6 months to a year at a time while sharing a room with someone in the cheapest hotel they find. You are treated like crap and HR is a joke also.

      They are a big company

      Cons

      They still act like the 16 separate companies that started out when the company was first formed. Massive political infighting and BS. You cannot trust anybody in their corp environment. Nasty!
