6yThank you for taking the time to share your feelings about working at Integra. We appreciate any feedback to grow and become better. We regularly encourage open communication, suggestions or ideas on how to improve and wish that these concerns would have been brought up sooner. Without specific examples, it's difficult to address the concerns. However, we are actively pursuing more education and resources for all managers and team leads. With regular leadership training courses and more real time feedback from peers and other employees, we feel that our management team is growing and becoming better. While we believe we have a capable and caring team of managers and leaders, we will take your concerns and do our best to strengthen any weaknesses.
