Pros

Fascinating work and I feel I can really make a difference. You learn a ton about healthcare which is very applicable to your real life. The projects are very interesting and often intellectually challenging. You can work autonomously or with teams, and there is flexibility to work from home. It is a fun place to work and the people are really nice and very grounded.

Cons

You do work really hard. It is project work and that means there is an inconsistent flow, and sometimes work is intense in order to meet client deadlines.
