I applied through other source. I interviewed at Insync (Melbourne) in Aug 2021
Interview
Detailed and lengthy. I had to perform a role play and meet with 2 Senior Heads of the company. I made sure I'd read the Website in detail, because I had to get into character for the role I was recruiting for and therefore semi self teach myself their products for the pitch.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insync (Melbourne) in May 2022
Interview
Mainly behavioral questions, no technical questions. But I can tell the company culture is very friendly and supportive. Most of the employees have stayed in the company more than 10 years.
