Pros

None. My experience working here was consistently miserable.

Cons

- Management expects employees to guess what is needed instead of communicating clearly - Leadership frequently makes poor decisions due to a lack of accountability and short-term thinking - Decisions are inconsistent and create ongoing confusion and frustration - Support for employees is virtually nonexistent despite heavy workloads - Work demands are relentless, with little to no assistance provided - Pay is extremely low compared to the workload required - The benefits are minimal and not competitive - Employees are consistently undervalued and overworked

Pros

I've got nothing to say. My experience here has been nothing but horrible!

Cons

Employees are under so much pressure to meet high expectations, but management won't even bother providing us with any support! The pay is also insultingly low; with how much we're expected to do, combined with the terrible salary, it practically made us glorified slaves!

Pros

-Working and building rapport with clients with severe challenging behaviors and helping them communicate their needs and build on their social deficits

Cons

-Agency is horrible in communicating with staff, despite emphasizing communication during training. -Gaslighting is common amongst case supervisors. -Binder and 100 question test post-orientation is counted toward training -No certified training support
