Work from home, no weekends
Cons
Lack of leadership, inconsistent meetings, leadership looking FAR into your personal life, meetings held after working hours, inconsistent communication. The interview process is scattered and takes weeks and there is no structure or structured training they throw you in and wonder why you aren’t producing. There are several companies that do the exact same thing are organized and pay more. Overall toxic

Pros
The company cares alot about its people, provides support, resources, tools to help staff member's success. I started out as an ISR and was promoted after 1 year. There's a great deal of promotion-from-within at the company.
Cons
The Covid period was difficult for the company but the employees were taken care of. The company has grown alot and we have several people on staff who have been at the company longer than me.
