Bait and switch, High turn over rate, get everything you are promised in writing including your schedule, be prepared to be spread extremely thin, job duties change an abnormal amount of times, ethical issues, and stressful work environment. They will exhaust your talents and the relationships you develop with clients. There is no longevity in any of these positions.

No Direction, No Follow-up, Lack of organization, No real plan, Extremely poor communication. They tell you that they are going to do things that never materialize. One of the worst companies that I have ever worked for. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. They treat their substitutes like garbage and not what actually keeps them in business.
