Company Very Disorganized - Substitute Teacher Insight Workforce Solutions Employee Review

No Direction, No Follow-up, Lack of organization, No real plan, Extremely poor communication. They tell you that they are going to do things that never materialize. One of the worst companies that I have ever worked for. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. They treat their substitutes like garbage and not what actually keeps them in business.
