      CEO , Mr Sharat Mathur is a gem of a person. Easily approachable and helping. MD, Mr Vineet Sahai is the biggest asset to the organization. Colleagues become an integral part of your social life. • Interesting work. You'll get to learn about different industries and technologies everyday.

      Cons

      •AVP does less to no work. He's there just to treat his team as a bunch of slaves. Will make you work unnecessarily till late hours and on the weekends as well. AVP keeps threatening employees about terminating there employment Team leader has ego issues and won't take a no for anything. Will make you cancel your planned leaves. At times has made people work from home even though they were sick. • The above mentioned person tries to eat up all the reimbursements by not providing the reimbursement slips to his subordinates. • low salary band.
