The benefits are not horrible. Work is stable.
Cons
Must be 40% of the employee base are related Indians. So, unless you are and speak Indian, it can be a hard place to work. Pay starts at $14 an hour. Expect lots of screaming, blame throwing as management changes their mind often. If you’re not Indian, you’ll be last to hire or promote and first to get laid off.
