Pros
Treats employees like family. Excellent teamwork. I could always count on my coworkers to help when needed and to complete task they say they will. Management is in the trenches with techs and will have your back if need be. Everyone is happy to share their knowledge Positive work enviroment. Nobody is trying to stab each other in the back or complain about the work that needs to be done. No over the top egos like you may find at some IT companies. Great relationships with their customers. Good compensation, benefits, and work life balance. Job titles are a loose definition of your role, I worked on many different technologies and never have the opportunity to get bored.
Cons
Things can get a bit hectic at times, if you can't manage multiple projects at the same time Inline may not be a good fit for you. During these hectic times communication can sometimes break down. (I did see good effort to improve this with weekly meetings before I left and assigning a field tech coordinator role.)
