      Pros

      They hire great humans and try their best to provide what’s needed to be happy as an employee.

      Cons

      The owners are probably the toughest part about this company. Ideas are thrown around but never felt like things were done in a way that was methodical. It just seemed to be all over the place which breeds a tough environment for upper management to be successful.
