It’s highly, highly collaborative, and you will really grow a lot in this company. The culture is fantastic and strongly encourages professional and personal development. Overall, a great place to work.
Cons
There’s not much transparency regarding salaries, so you never really know if you’re making more or less than your colleagues. Compensation is also not very competitive.
