Pros
Having worked for 4 MSPs previously, I can honestly say Infranet is the best out of all of them. They give you all of the tools necessary to complete your job efficiently. The owners are very nice people who set you up for success. They will always take the time to sit down with you and explain how to do something. They are extremely patient. Management goes out of their way to make sure everyone is happy with what they are doing. Overall, the work culture is great. All of my fellow technicians are a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Though there have been strides to improve already, communication can use some more improvement. I will occasionally be surprised with an on-site visit that I didn't see placed in dispatch.

Good pay and benefits. I worked as an embedded contractor at a Private High School, great environment to work in.
Cons
I worked as an embedded contractor at a Private High School, Company management was very distant when dealing with Embedded contractors. Virtually no communications from company management.
