      Pros

      Flexible work hours and telecommuting opportunities.

      Cons

      Management bottlenecks- Only 1 person can authorize a decision ranging from purchasing office supplies to approving client deliverables for submission. Information is not shared among employees and the travel policies are extremely frugal and unrealistic.

      Pros

      The non-management individuals who actually take the time out of their day to care about the work and use logic and reason to make decisions.

      Cons

      Lack of work, poor training, absolutely no room for advancement. Pay is below even the statewide average for your position and that is for EVERY position there, borderline poverty level for most and true poverty level for some. This does not include their bloated management staff. They will play fast and loose with your earned time off and the application of "company policies" with no communication to their employees regarding changes or the hit or miss application of them. Hourly employees are not assets at Informatix, they are a necessary nuisance. Be ready for that

      10.50 /hr and some pleasant people in the office

      Cons

      Unreasonable work expectations which would be changed constantly because the company does not think through it's projects. No opportunity for advancement and no announcements for internal openings. Do not go here if you want to move forward professionally.
