Easy and great team. Open door management.

Pay and small department hard to grow.

Easy work and flexible hours and decent location with the occasional deer greeting you in the parking lot in the morning.

Management tends to talk down to you if you don't live up to their un-realistic production standards from time to time. They play favorites with fellow colleagues and makes the rest of us feel inferior to them. It's rather demoralizing when you try to do your best only to have people come down on you. The pay is way below the standard for similar jobs. Poor communication and interaction with management and upper management. Upper management doesn't even make it a point to introduce themselves to you. When you reach out to HR, it feels like they don't want to answer basic HR questions and so they pass the buck on to your supervisor. It's extremely frustrating not feeling like what you do is recognized or appreciated. Overall, it's not a friendly atmosphere and everyone seems to keep to themselves.
