Pros
-The people you work with a friendly -Hybrid working model, can work from home 3x per week which is a nice perk
Cons
-Management does not really take into consideration ideas or suggestions, simply nodding along and not executing on anything -Location is difficult to drive to frequently -Lacks diversity -Priorities of the company are constantly changing, teams and departments are never really focused and are always moving from event to event making understanding difficult -No real supports for new hires, you are just thrown into things and are basically in sink or swim mode for as long as you are there -Internal mobility is only available after 1 year in role meaning if you find yourself feeling misaligned, you are stuck for a year without any real sense of growth -Role and tasks are misleading, end up doing things that are not part of the job description making you feel misaligned with what was promised and what the reality is -Pay could be better
