      1) Very co-operative management with enriched skill sets. 2) Helping team members. 3) Irrational behavior amongst all the team members. 4) CEO of the company is a great person to work with ...i learned a lot from him technically. Down to earth personality.

      1. Great environment to learn 2. Very Supportive Colleagues and higher authority 3. All Employees treated with equality 4. Hard work and high performers are noticed and rewarded 5. This company would be ideal for people who are passionate for their work and want to create something or bring in some change. Therefore, this would be the company you should look out for.

      Can't basically think of any negatives as such, Well, it doesn't have place for non productive people. So, That basically is a plus!

      I started my career with this company, It has been close to 4 years now. Infometry's Learning experience is un-comparable with any other BI Company. Higher management is really good in recognizing contributions and promoting an employee to next level.

      Cons

      Some times I felt pressure in work, which is common in any small company, but not always. Can have more personality development activities.
