Good technology, travel opportunities, good global co-workers

Cons

Toxic work environment, management in North America encourages you to spy on your co-workers and share information about them. They encourage gossip culture. Management in NA have no knowledge of the North American market both in terms of work place culture and clients. They were moved from other regions to NA and have no idea how the NA market works. Your efforts are never rewarded, no matter how hard you work, you will never get recognized. If you don't fight for a raise you will never get it. The motto "we are just starting" just shows how they don't take a moment to recognize any hard work and nothing is enough for them. HR doesn't exist, they are the managers' puppets and you cannot even trust to bring up any issues to them. They don't represent employees, they represent management. If you like to escalate them they report to managing directors of each region so basically you either deal with their unprofessionalism or leave. There is no clear career path unless you are in Croatia. In other regions you can do the same job in a mediocre level forever but if you are an over-achiever you need to move on.

Learn the product and move on after a year!!

Pros

Global company with many offices around the world Opportunity to travel and visit HQ in Croatia Opportunity to learn new products and technology Good on-boarding process for new employees

Cons

- Lack of clear vision/strategy - High turnovers specially among senior employees - No room for growth - Incompetent middle management with low ability to learn or adapt - Zero tolerance to hear feedback or criticism - Forcing selling products that are not ready - Unrealistic sales targets with no guidance and support from management - HR is NONEXISTENT. They are puppets and don't show care or compassion for employees - Lot of politics and very toxic culture in some offices
