Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We agree that our employees are some of the most friendly, approachable people around! However, we're sorry that your experience working with Infopro didn't meet your overall expectations. Infopro has been growing tremendously in the last couple of years. It's an exciting time to work here, but we're not immune to growing pains. Working with a growing organization gives our employees ample opportunity to try new things, grow their skills and increase business acumen. Sometimes those same opportunities also put folks out of their comfort zones and require a little more agility. It's a trade-off that many of our ambitious colleagues have learned to manage to their advantage, but that working style is not for everyone - and that's ok! I am surprised to read that you felt there was no vision, growth or appreciation shown to employees. Our CEO places a high value on transparency and true collaboration and makes a point of sharing the companies successes, challenges and forward-looking vision each and every quarter with the entire organization. We will certainly take your feedback to heart and work on how we can better communicate this information in different ways so that all employees feel more involved and understand their purpose in the overall mission of the organization. Again, thank for your sharing your thoughts to help us improve our employee experience and we wish you success in your future endeavors. All the best, Infopro HR Team

Mid-level career company

Pros

Great for people at the start of their career or in the middle of their careers. Nice place if you want the freedom to get involved in a lot of different things

Cons

The company has relied on a handful of healthcare / pharma accounts to sustain itself. Delivery can be hit or miss and customer retention is a serious problem. This leads to a highly volatile situation where one month things are looking up and people are hiring and soon as a couple of deals don't come through senior people are quitely laid off.
